Anonymous I preordered a Pokemon Venusaur EX box on 10/2/25 and it arrived, but only after I emailed them on 12/18/25 to see where my order was (this box was released 12/5/25). Never received an email back. Just saw it was shipped after I sent an Email. Customer service was nonexistent for me unfortunately. At least it arrived.
