We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a refund, we will require you to take a video when unboxing your items so that any concerns/issues can be immediately addressed. If you do not take an unboxing video it will be highly unlikely your order will receive any kind of refund or replacement.
Kollect Korner is not responsible for any damages or loss associated with unboxing your items, carrier related issues, weather or theft after delivery.

Damages and issues
In order to ensure top notch service and quality, all orders undergo a strict 3-person QA check, and we ship using stress-tested boxes with bubble wrap, but it is still important that all packages are immediately brought inside, and not left outside in any extreme weather. Be aware the items and packaging may shift during transit. Please open and unpack with care to avoid ripping/tearing any of items or receipts.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our refund policy is limited to manufacturing defects only. This means any damages caused by outside sources will be denied. Kollect Korner is not responsible for any damages made by third party shipping carriers.
If you have received the wrong item, this can qualify for a refund upon return of product received in error.

Preorders
All preorders are subject to allocation. When purchasing preorders, you understand that because of allocations, the order may be unable to be fulfilled. Allocations for preorders can take several weeks to come in from our distributors. Preorders are not guaranteed until shipping date. In the event of a preorder not being able to be fulfilled, a refund in full will be processed to the original payment method upon receiving the allocations from our distributors.
